UNOY Peacebuilders latest project: 'Learning by seeing, seeing by doing.' UNOY Peacebuilders, with support of the European Union's Youth in Action Programme, has initiated a jobshadowing project titled 'Learning by seeing, seeing by doing.' This jobshadowing means that young peacebuilders from ten different countries travel to another's location and experience the world of peacebuilding from a entirely new perspective. They will follow the organisation that hosts them in daily work, field visits, meetings with policymakers and young people.
