The Portal is open and freely accessible by anyone at all times.

Freedom of Expression:

The Portal supports freedom of expression. It provides a safe space and trusted environment for sharing information and views for individuals and organisations in conditions in which freedom of expression and other universal freedom are not upheld.

Trustworthy:

The Portal brings facts and opinions without sensationalist, propagandist or manipulative content.

Respect:
